TUF gas ultrasonic flowmeter adopts multi-channel design, which can reduce the influence of eddy current and asymmetric flow on metering. lt is a stable, high-precision and high-reliability metering instrument, supports a variety of communication methods to satisfy the different needs of users. lt can be widely used in the measurement of natural gas, alkane and industrial inert gases in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries, especially city gas.

3. Main Advantages:

  • Valve is ball valve structure, zero pressure loss structure design, valve diameter and pipe diameter are the same.
  • Using slow opening and slow closing mode, the on-off valve is stable and reliable.
  • The valve can be automatically closed and opened by card or remote system, to ensure the gas safety of gas equipment.

5) Power supply:
a) External power supply: dedicated Dc power supply 9v d.c.~24V d.c. or 5v d.c. with built-in safety barrier.
b) Internal power supply: two 3.6V main lithium batteries for metering can be used for more than five years; and one auxiliary lithium battery (19Ah) for modem can be used three years.
c) Control valve power supply (when adapted) : the valve comes with a set of 7.2V lithium battery, which can be used continuoush for five years.

6) Pulse Output:
Pulse output at working condition works only with external power of 9V d.c. *24Vd.c. The pulse signal is isolated and amplified by optical coupling. The high level is ≥20v, and the low level is ≤1V (24Vd.c powered).

7) Local communication:
The RS485 communication module uses photoelectric isolation and can work only when powered. The default is 9600bps. 4mA~20mA analog output is optional.

8) Digital Alarm Output:
Adopts isolated output, which requires external power to work; The isolated digital output is an open collector (OC) output. Can be configured as: events of temperature, pressure and working flow excess, cover opening.

Data Logging Functionlt has 1440 interval records, 6 months hourly records, 2 years daily records and 10 years monthly records Fault records include temperature sensor fault records, pressure sensor fault records, temperature/pressure/fow working condition upper-limit alarm records, temperature/pressure lower limit alarm records, cover opening records, power and battery ault records, communication fault records between the main control and ultrasonic module, and sonic channels fault records o 200 each. 600 parameter modification records and 1000 flow start and stop records.
